Deletes an RCP case by its ROFIM ID or external ID. By default, searches across all sessions accessible to the client. If a sessionId is provided, the search is constrained to that specific session. If multiple cases share the same external ID, deletes the last created case.
This endpoint performs a soft delete of the RCP case. The case is marked as deleted but remains accessible for PDF generation purposes (e.g., when a case is transferred and the original is deleted, the transferred case can still access the questionnaire and responses).
