Deletes an RCP case by its ROFIM ID or external ID. Searches across all sessions accessible to the client. If multiple cases share the same external ID, deletes the last created case. This endpoint performs a soft delete of the RCP case. The case is marked as deleted but remains accessible for PDF generation purposes (e.g., when a case is transferred and the original is deleted, the transferred case can still access the questionnaire and responses).
