Download a document from a second-opinion request

Downloads a document from a second opinion request. This endpoint requires the request ID and file ID. You can specify the response type (base64 or signed_url) and for signed_url responses, you can set the expiration time in minutes (defaults to 1440 minutes -> 24 hours).
