Get RCP sessions for a network or network family

https://api.preprod.rofim.doctor/services/interoperability/rcp

Gets RCP sessions for a given network/network family ID. If a date is provided, returns sessions for that specific date. If no date is provided, returns all upcoming sessions from today. The client must have access to the network.
