Merges the slave patient into the master (HL7 A40): acts and notes are transferred to the master, whose demographics stay unchanged. Identifiers under an authority the master does not carry are transferred; identifiers whose authority is already carried by the master are dropped and no longer resolve. The slave is archived and excluded from interop responses.
