Updates a teleconsultation information.

The teleconsultation to update can be accessed either through its identifier from your own systems, or its ROFIM identifier (at least one of those identifiers must be provided).

The Patient's Episod Identifier (Identifiant d'Épisode du Patient, or IEP) is the hospital visit/stay identifier. Deprecated: use venueIds instead. Always holds the last written identifier value, whichever client wrote it. Per-authority values are available in venueIds. When an assigning authority is configured on the client's establishment in the ROFIM portal, legacy iep values written through this API are backfilled as venueIds entries under that authority.
