Update venue/visit identifiers on a teleexpertise and/or upsert patient identifiers on the linked patient. At least one of venueIds or patientIdentifiers must be provided.

The Patient's Episod Identifier (Identifiant d'Épisode du Patient, or IEP) is the hospital visit/stay identifier. Deprecated: use venueIds instead. Always holds the last written identifier value, whichever client wrote it. Per-authority values are available in venueIds. When an assigning authority is configured on the client's establishment in the ROFIM portal, legacy iep values written through this API are backfilled as venueIds entries under that authority.
